I wanted to feel calm, I wanted to have slow morni

I wanted to feel calm, I wanted to have slow mornings, I wanted to make money without feeling exhausted, I wanted the time to travel, I wanted what I wanted to come to me… except I was being crazy busy instead, pushing hard and trying to make it all happen — so here’s what I did to change it.

I forced myself to be in the life I wanted before the life I wanted felt ready to be in. This meant cancelling work, saying no, and doing what ever I needed to do to make space and create stillness.

My energy needed to come first.

I knew this was my magnet.

Id been using my energy and giving it away as if it wasn’t previous.

So I pulled it all back in by being still.

And oh my goodness me it was hard. Because even when I was still I wasn’t still on the inside.

“Somethings going to go wrong if I’m not working. It will all fall apart if I’m not being busy. I have to do something to make life work.”

These were the thoughts I battled with. But then I saw my next step wasn’t just in doing stillness it was in being stillness.

So I kept leaning in, facing the fears and declaring what I wanted, until one day I was at peace.

And at first it did seem like everything was falling apart but I had to sit in that illusion. Because what was really falling apart was the old framework. The one that didn’t work anymore.

And then I was given this message, ‘the wind has caught the sails but it takes time for the ship to change direction and pick up speed’

Because that’s how energy works. As I sat in the new energy, the universe was reading me, reading my energy and starting to respond differently.

And then slowly I started to see the evidence that by changing me, my reality was changing. What I wanted was coming to me, without me having to do anything.

Simply by pulling my energy inwards, saying what I wanted and doing whatever it took to be in the feeling before it felt safe to be in the feeling … it was working.

I’d been doing this for clients and myself on a level for years but this was another level. This broke all of the subconscious programming I had around life needing to be hard to be successful or needing to be busy to be successful.

Getting the giggles is the best but getting them a

Getting the giggles is the best but getting them at inappropriate moments can be awkward 🤣😳 Read on for my inappropriate moment ⤵️

I’d just finished channelling on a serious subject for an attendee (the amazing @anniedoran33 ) and the energy that came through was her spiritual council.

The energy felt very high and I had to breathe deep to allow it to settle in my body. They spoke with authority and gave her a very high perspective on the question she asked.

Once I came back it took me a minute to come into my body but when I did, I felt really high. The energy was still with me and my body felt fizzy. Then I started laugh and the more I tried to stop myself, I couldn’t. Until everyone else in the audience was laughing with me and we all had the giggles.

You see, high frequency energy does that, it makes you feel great. It leaves a resonance with you that reminds you what life is really all about.

The spiritual journey for me has been all about returning to the innocence and purity of being child like. You learn to not take life seriously, even when it feels serious.

You learn that this really isn’t it and that we LOVE to complicate things.

You learn to let go and laugh, even in the darkest moments.

I think that’s what makes our events extra special. We love to mix the deep healing with a playful and silly energy.

So I wasn’t embarrassed when I couldn’t stop laughing because my laughter was catching and we all felt the energy.

I wanted to explain what it’s like when a high energy comes and what I said was it’s like when a dog wees up a wall to leave a scent. 🤣

It’s not how I’d explain it now, and I’m not sure that was even me speaking because it was so out of the blue.

But we laughed.

We cried.

We danced like children.

And in the end nothing mattered. Whether I’d said the right thing or lost myself in giggles.

We were all in the energy and it was amazing.

I wanted to feel calm, I wanted to have slow morni

I wanted to feel calm, I wanted to have slow mornings, I wanted to make money without feeling exhausted, I wanted the time to travel, I wanted what I wanted to come to me… except I was being crazy busy instead, pushing hard and trying to make it all happen — so here’s what I did to change it.

I forced myself to be in the life I wanted before the life I wanted felt ready to be in. This meant cancelling work, saying no, and doing what ever I needed to do to make space and create stillness.

My energy needed to come first.

I knew this was my magnet.

Id been using my energy and giving it away as if it wasn’t previous.

So I pulled it all back in by being still.

And oh my goodness me it was hard. Because even when I was still I wasn’t still on the inside.

“Somethings going to go wrong if I’m not working. It will all fall apart if I’m not being busy. I have to do something to make life work.”

These were the thoughts I battled with. But then I saw my next step wasn’t just in doing stillness it was in being stillness.

So I kept leaning in, facing the fears and declaring what I wanted, until one day I was at peace.

And at first it did seem like everything was falling apart but I had to sit in that illusion. Because what was really falling apart was the old framework. The one that didn’t work anymore.

And then I was given this message, ‘the wind has caught the sails but it takes time for the ship to change direction and pick up speed’

Because that’s how energy works. As I sat in the new energy, the universe was reading me, reading my energy and starting to respond differently.

And then slowly I started to see the evidence that by changing me, my reality was changing. What I wanted was coming to me, without me having to do anything.

Simply by pulling my energy inwards, saying what I wanted and doing whatever it took to be in the feeling before it felt safe to be in the feeling … it was working.

I’d been doing this for clients and myself on a level for years but this was another level. This broke all of the subconscious programming I had around life needing to be hard to be successful or needing to be busy to be successful.

Getting the giggles is the best but getting them a

Getting the giggles is the best but getting them at inappropriate moments can be awkward 🤣😳 Read on for my inappropriate moment ⤵️

I’d just finished channelling on a serious subject for an attendee (the amazing @anniedoran33 ) and the energy that came through was her spiritual council.

The energy felt very high and I had to breathe deep to allow it to settle in my body. They spoke with authority and gave her a very high perspective on the question she asked.

Once I came back it took me a minute to come into my body but when I did, I felt really high. The energy was still with me and my body felt fizzy. Then I started laugh and the more I tried to stop myself, I couldn’t. Until everyone else in the audience was laughing with me and we all had the giggles.

You see, high frequency energy does that, it makes you feel great. It leaves a resonance with you that reminds you what life is really all about.

The spiritual journey for me has been all about returning to the innocence and purity of being child like. You learn to not take life seriously, even when it feels serious.

You learn that this really isn’t it and that we LOVE to complicate things.

You learn to let go and laugh, even in the darkest moments.

I think that’s what makes our events extra special. We love to mix the deep healing with a playful and silly energy.

So I wasn’t embarrassed when I couldn’t stop laughing because my laughter was catching and we all felt the energy.

I wanted to explain what it’s like when a high energy comes and what I said was it’s like when a dog wees up a wall to leave a scent. 🤣

It’s not how I’d explain it now, and I’m not sure that was even me speaking because it was so out of the blue.

But we laughed.

We cried.

We danced like children.

And in the end nothing mattered. Whether I’d said the right thing or lost myself in giggles.

We were all in the energy and it was amazing.

I feel nervous putting my story out there and today I had a little wobble. Some people are going to think I’m crazy for sure—I’m ready for it 🤣

The truth is the truth and there’s no hiding it. What happened happened and this first season is only the beginning.

I wanted to feel calm, I wanted to have slow morni

I wanted to feel calm, I wanted to have slow mornings, I wanted to make money without feeling exhausted, I wanted the time to travel, I wanted what I wanted to come to me… except I was being crazy busy instead, pushing hard and trying to make it all happen — so here’s what I did to change it.

I forced myself to be in the life I wanted before the life I wanted felt ready to be in. This meant cancelling work, saying no, and doing what ever I needed to do to make space and create stillness.

My energy needed to come first.

I knew this was my magnet.

Id been using my energy and giving it away as if it wasn’t previous.

So I pulled it all back in by being still.

And oh my goodness me it was hard. Because even when I was still I wasn’t still on the inside.

“Somethings going to go wrong if I’m not working. It will all fall apart if I’m not being busy. I have to do something to make life work.”

These were the thoughts I battled with. But then I saw my next step wasn’t just in doing stillness it was in being stillness.

So I kept leaning in, facing the fears and declaring what I wanted, until one day I was at peace.

And at first it did seem like everything was falling apart but I had to sit in that illusion. Because what was really falling apart was the old framework. The one that didn’t work anymore.

And then I was given this message, ‘the wind has caught the sails but it takes time for the ship to change direction and pick up speed’

Because that’s how energy works. As I sat in the new energy, the universe was reading me, reading my energy and starting to respond differently.

And then slowly I started to see the evidence that by changing me, my reality was changing. What I wanted was coming to me, without me having to do anything.

Simply by pulling my energy inwards, saying what I wanted and doing whatever it took to be in the feeling before it felt safe to be in the feeling … it was working.

I’d been doing this for clients and myself on a level for years but this was another level. This broke all of the subconscious programming I had around life needing to be hard to be successful or needing to be busy to be successful.

No amount of money, the perfect relationship, weight loss, a new house, or job title is going to fill that void.

The only way to truly feel fulfilled is to shift from “I’m not good enough” to “I am complete.” And that’s where healing your relationship with yourself begins.

Getting the giggles is the best but getting them a

Getting the giggles is the best but getting them at inappropriate moments can be awkward 🤣😳 Read on for my inappropriate moment ⤵️

I’d just finished channelling on a serious subject for an attendee (the amazing @anniedoran33 ) and the energy that came through was her spiritual council.

The energy felt very high and I had to breathe deep to allow it to settle in my body. They spoke with authority and gave her a very high perspective on the question she asked.

Once I came back it took me a minute to come into my body but when I did, I felt really high. The energy was still with me and my body felt fizzy. Then I started laugh and the more I tried to stop myself, I couldn’t. Until everyone else in the audience was laughing with me and we all had the giggles.

You see, high frequency energy does that, it makes you feel great. It leaves a resonance with you that reminds you what life is really all about.

The spiritual journey for me has been all about returning to the innocence and purity of being child like. You learn to not take life seriously, even when it feels serious.

You learn that this really isn’t it and that we LOVE to complicate things.

You learn to let go and laugh, even in the darkest moments.

I think that’s what makes our events extra special. We love to mix the deep healing with a playful and silly energy.

So I wasn’t embarrassed when I couldn’t stop laughing because my laughter was catching and we all felt the energy.

I wanted to explain what it’s like when a high energy comes and what I said was it’s like when a dog wees up a wall to leave a scent. 🤣

It’s not how I’d explain it now, and I’m not sure that was even me speaking because it was so out of the blue.

But we laughed.

We cried.

We danced like children.

And in the end nothing mattered. Whether I’d said the right thing or lost myself in giggles.

We were all in the energy and it was amazing.

We’d just wrapped on day two of ALIVE, the energy in the room was high, I felt buzzing and the sky was turning pink across the horizon. Messy hair, sweaty from dancing and feet hurting from wearing heals all day BUT… a deep gratitude for everything that had happened this weekend was developing within. I quickly took my boots of, sunk my feet into the grass and whislt everyone was still hugging, exchanging numbers and wishing each other well, I thanked Source for EVERYTHING. For the profound gift I have to help people heal, for the incredible friends who consistently support me, for the magic @charlottelodey_aligned and I create when we deliver together and the attendees who co-created the experience with us.
