My Life Cleanse this week is to create some distance between my beautiful pink iPhone 6 and I. It’s not healthy – I check it too much, answer emails on the spot and feel disappointed when there are no notifications – not even a Spotify update 🙁

Most of us have phones but how many of us realise that we are addicted to our personal computers…. did Steve Jobs even realise that he would need to create iRehab too?
