Here are a few tips to help you commit to your one or two drink limit so that you can wake up the next day, as fresh as a daisy and pretty damn pleased with yourself. Plus it works, I personally used this technique to help myself shift from saying “I can never just go for one” to having great fun sober (or just a couple).
