Lean into the spaces within that feel like doubt. Look at the gaps that still say you’re lacking something or that something is missing. And as you give these aspects of yourself attention, fill them with love and anchor into faith. Faith that you can let go. Faith that you can surrender. Faith that something greater is working because of you, for you and through you. Back in the office today and I was full of life fo

Back in the office today and I was full of life for my work and gratitude for my office life. The sun was shining, there were so many good friends there today—including people I’ve known for 10 years—plus @thehub.ibiza is just such a beautiful place to work, with the palm trees and Balearic beats, it doesn’t really feel like work #sorrynotsorry.

But before the first day back it done, I’m going to take a moment to look back on Xmas and New Year. We left for London on the 24th to spend it with my family, including Ori the dog who loves Archie.

There’s so much I love to do in London—this visit Archie and I went to the post office museum and Winter Wonderland (Slide 13 sound on high 🤣), plus we cuddled the most adorable gecko, I fell in love.

Then I got to see so many of my best friends, spending NYE in the Cotswolds with @kimmypearson — we had one drink in Stratford Upon Avon, I connected to the Shakespeare vibes for a moment and then NYD was mostly in our PJ’s, me channeling and Kim recording.

I’ve loved going to the fitness classes I enjoy — the best hot yoga and spin classes which you don’t get in Ibiza—and the ease of being able to grab great food from the shelf (M&S is a dream when you come back).

But then the time came to fly back and even though I wasn’t quite ready, watching the sunrise today gave me a good feeling about 2025. I’m excited to surrender even more, to love bigger and watch what happens.

Life is a beautiful unfolding and I’m here for it all.

My love, Stop for a moment. Just stop. The world won’t fall apart if you pause—it’s waiting for you to pause. It’s waiting to show you that when you breathe, when you let go, it can hold you. You are not here to carry it all alone.

Faith in what, exactly?

It’s funny how often times we start out on a per

It’s funny how often times we start out on a personal improvement journey, with goals, good habits and New Year’s resolutions, to find ourselves a few years later deep into a healing journey we never expected, with a new found awareness we could never have imagined. Once you awaken you just can’t go back—even though at times I have momentarily longed for ‘the ignorance is bliss’ season to come back. Healing doesn’t always mean that materially life is more successful. It can do and in many ways my life has improved dramatically because of the deep work I’ve done on myself. However it’s also meant sitting in my shit, feeling huge amounts of pain and loss. You have to make hard decisions. You have to be brave hearted. You have to be ok with being in a spiritual soup not knowing which way you’re heading or who you even are. Until the moment where you come up for air. And it’s as though you’ve been given a new pair of glasses and you’re seeing yourself and the world completely differently. There’s a new level of peace, bliss and love. There’s more ‘space.’ You seem to be floating more over the top of everything versus being in it all of the time. And it’s great. It’s rewarding. It becomes everything. And so you keep going. Knowing that it’s 5 steps forward and 2 backwards. You keep going even when you know there’s not really an end. You keep going because you’re gaining more and more truth and you just can’t not keep moving towards it. ☺️

When it comes to making life EASIER, the number one energy to work on is FAITH. Focus your attention on strengthening this within yourself and you’ll see it start working outside of yourself. Lean into the spaces within that feel like doubt. Look at the gaps that still say you’re lacking something or that something is missing. And as you give these aspects of yourself attention, fill them with love and anchor into faith. Faith that you can let go. Faith that you can surrender. Faith that something greater is working because of you, for you and through you. And you WILL see, that everything you thought you had to figure out, get right or make happen starts to align itself without you even trying. No more pushing. No more over performing. Back in the office today and I was full of life fo

Back in the office today and I was full of life for my work and gratitude for my office life. The sun was shining, there were so many good friends there today—including people I’ve known for 10 years—plus @thehub.ibiza is just such a beautiful place to work, with the palm trees and Balearic beats, it doesn’t really feel like work #sorrynotsorry.

But before the first day back it done, I’m going to take a moment to look back on Xmas and New Year. We left for London on the 24th to spend it with my family, including Ori the dog who loves Archie.

There’s so much I love to do in London—this visit Archie and I went to the post office museum and Winter Wonderland (Slide 13 sound on high 🤣), plus we cuddled the most adorable gecko, I fell in love.

Then I got to see so many of my best friends, spending NYE in the Cotswolds with @kimmypearson — we had one drink in Stratford Upon Avon, I connected to the Shakespeare vibes for a moment and then NYD was mostly in our PJ’s, me channeling and Kim recording.

I’ve loved going to the fitness classes I enjoy — the best hot yoga and spin classes which you don’t get in Ibiza—and the ease of being able to grab great food from the shelf (M&S is a dream when you come back).

But then the time came to fly back and even though I wasn’t quite ready, watching the sunrise today gave me a good feeling about 2025. I’m excited to surrender even more, to love bigger and watch what happens.

Life is a beautiful unfolding and I’m here for it all.

My love, Stop for a moment. Just stop. The world won’t fall apart if you pause—it’s waiting for you to pause. It’s waiting to show you that when you breathe, when you let go, it can hold you. You are not here to carry it all alone.

I see you, always doing, always pushing, holding it all together. But what if you didn’t have to? It’s funny how often times we start out on a personal improvement journey, with goals, good habits and New Year’s resolutions, to find ourselves a few years later deep into a healing journey we never expected, with a new found awareness we could never have imagined. Once you awaken you just can’t go back—even though at times I have momentarily longed for ‘the ignorance is bliss’ season to come back. Healing doesn’t always mean that materially life is more successful. It can do and in many ways my life has improved dramatically because of the deep work I’ve done on myself. However it’s also meant sitting in my shit, feeling huge amounts of pain and loss. You have to make hard decisions. You have to be brave hearted. You have to be ok with being in a spiritual soup not knowing which way you’re heading or who you even are. Until the moment where you come up for air. And it’s as though you’ve been given a new pair of glasses and you’re seeing yourself and the world completely differently. There’s a new level of peace, bliss and love. There’s more ‘space.’ You seem to be floating more over the top of everything versus being in it all of the time. And it’s great. It’s rewarding. It becomes everything. And so you keep going. Knowing that it’s 5 steps forward and 2 backwards. You keep going even when you know there’s not really an end. You keep going because you’re gaining more and more truth and you just can’t not keep moving towards it. ☺️

Lean into the spaces within that feel like doubt. Look at the gaps that still say you’re lacking something or that something is missing. And as you give these aspects of yourself attention, fill them with love and anchor into faith. Faith that you can let go. Faith that you can surrender. Faith that something greater is working because of you, for you and through you. Back in the office today and I was full of life fo

Back in the office today and I was full of life for my work and gratitude for my office life. The sun was shining, there were so many good friends there today—including people I’ve known for 10 years—plus @thehub.ibiza is just such a beautiful place to work, with the palm trees and Balearic beats, it doesn’t really feel like work #sorrynotsorry.

But before the first day back it done, I’m going to take a moment to look back on Xmas and New Year. We left for London on the 24th to spend it with my family, including Ori the dog who loves Archie.

There’s so much I love to do in London—this visit Archie and I went to the post office museum and Winter Wonderland (Slide 13 sound on high 🤣), plus we cuddled the most adorable gecko, I fell in love.

Then I got to see so many of my best friends, spending NYE in the Cotswolds with @kimmypearson — we had one drink in Stratford Upon Avon, I connected to the Shakespeare vibes for a moment and then NYD was mostly in our PJ’s, me channeling and Kim recording.

I’ve loved going to the fitness classes I enjoy — the best hot yoga and spin classes which you don’t get in Ibiza—and the ease of being able to grab great food from the shelf (M&S is a dream when you come back).

But then the time came to fly back and even though I wasn’t quite ready, watching the sunrise today gave me a good feeling about 2025. I’m excited to surrender even more, to love bigger and watch what happens.

Life is a beautiful unfolding and I’m here for it all.

The sun was shining, there were so many good friends there today—including people I’ve known for 10 years—plus @thehub.ibiza is just such a beautiful place to work, with the palm trees and Balearic beats, it doesn’t really feel like work #sorrynotsorry. But before the first day back it done, I’m going to take a moment to look back on Xmas and New Year. We left for London on the 24th to spend it with my family, including Ori the dog who loves Archie. There’s so much I love to do in London—this visit Archie and I went to the post office museum and Winter Wonderland (Slide 13 sound on high 🤣), plus we cuddled the most adorable gecko, I fell in love. Then I got to see so many of my best friends, spending NYE in the Cotswolds with @kimmypearson — we had one drink in Stratford Upon Avon, I connected to the Shakespeare vibes for a moment and then NYD was mostly in our PJ’s, me channeling and Kim recording. I’ve loved going to the fitness classes I enjoy — the best hot yoga and spin classes which you don’t get in Ibiza—and the ease of being able to grab great food from the shelf (M&S is a dream when you come back). But then the time came to fly back and even though I wasn’t quite ready, watching the sunrise today gave me a good feeling about 2025. I’m excited to surrender even more, to love bigger and watch what happens. Life is a beautiful unfolding and I’m here for it all. How’s your start of the year so far? Hugs, Lydia x">

My love, Stop for a moment. Just stop. The world won’t fall apart if you pause—it’s waiting for you to pause. It’s waiting to show you that when you breathe, when you let go, it can hold you. You are not here to carry it all alone.

If you’re ready for big change—the kind that feels impossible or terrifying on your own—FAITH is the key. When you lean into faith, you unlock a whole new way of life that works with you, not against you.

Faith in what, exactly?

If putting faith in something unseen—like Source, God, Jesus, or the Universe—feels like too much right now, that’s okay. You don’t need to label it to begin. Just let go. Loosen your grip on life, take a deep breath, and simply say, “Alright, show me.” Then, see what unfolds.

It’s funny how often times we start out on a per

It’s funny how often times we start out on a personal improvement journey, with goals, good habits and New Year’s resolutions, to find ourselves a few years later deep into a healing journey we never expected, with a new found awareness we could never have imagined. Once you awaken you just can’t go back—even though at times I have momentarily longed for ‘the ignorance is bliss’ season to come back. Healing doesn’t always mean that materially life is more successful. It can do and in many ways my life has improved dramatically because of the deep work I’ve done on myself. However it’s also meant sitting in my shit, feeling huge amounts of pain and loss. You have to make hard decisions. You have to be brave hearted. You have to be ok with being in a spiritual soup not knowing which way you’re heading or who you even are. Until the moment where you come up for air. And it’s as though you’ve been given a new pair of glasses and you’re seeing yourself and the world completely differently. There’s a new level of peace, bliss and love. There’s more ‘space.’ You seem to be floating more over the top of everything versus being in it all of the time. And it’s great. It’s rewarding. It becomes everything. And so you keep going. Knowing that it’s 5 steps forward and 2 backwards. You keep going even when you know there’s not really an end. You keep going because you’re gaining more and more truth and you just can’t not keep moving towards it. ☺️
