Peace is your essence—everything else is layered on top of it. It’s our belief systems, our ideas about who we should be, or how life should look, that create the disconnection from this inner peace. The key is awareness. Noticing when your peace feels disrupted. Then, take a deep breath and get curious: what energetic knot have you tangled yourself in? Gently, release it. Hand the messiness over to a power greater than you. And as you let it go, you might even smile—kindly amused at how briefly you lost yourself—because now you’ve come back home to the truth of who you are.

Many of the greatest sports people share stories of being the kid who wanted to prove something to their parent for example BUT in the end is the success enough? Most of the time, the answer is no, because ultimately all we really want is to be happy and fulfilled. When you set out to create success from a place of lack, meaning it’s from fear, pain or not enoughness, you’ll no doubt create it, but what you accomplish will never be enough—meaning you’re never fulfilled. The answer isn’t to not be successful, it’s to do it differently. Because what’s the point if you never enjoy what you create? If what you accomplish never feels fulfilling? Then it’s a constant trap of needing to do more and more and more. Instead, set you intention to be happy and fulfilled because your intention is the true outcome and the build from this place. Most people are seeking success because they think it will fulfil them but that longing for success is to fill and inner void — which success won’t do. Many of the greatest sports people share stories of being the kid who wanted to prove something to their parent for example BUT in the end is the success enough? Most of the time, the answer is no, because ultimately all we really want is to be happy and fulfilled. When you set out to create success from a place of lack, meaning it’s from fear, pain or not enoughness, you’ll no doubt create it, but what you accomplish will never be enough—meaning you’re never fulfilled. The answer isn’t to not be successful, it’s to do it differently. Because what’s the point if you never enjoy what you create? If what you accomplish never feels fulfilling? Then it’s a constant trap of needing to do more and more and more. Instead, set you intention to be happy and fulfilled because your intention is the true outcome and the build from this place. At the time, I still carried the energy of victimhood, unknowingly playing into blame and avoiding responsibility. But here’s the truth: that resistance was a block. A block so many of us operate from without even realising it.

When you connect to your true self and source energy—call it spirit, call it the divine—it’s like slipping on a pair of glasses with the perfect prescription for the first time. Many people have created huge success from pain, fear or the feeling they’re not good enough. Many of the greatest sports people share stories of being the kid who wanted to prove something to their parent for example BUT in the end is the success enough? Most of the time, the answer is no, because ultimately all we really want is to be happy and fulfilled. When you set out to create success from a place of lack, meaning it’s from fear, pain or not enoughness, you’ll no doubt create it, but what you accomplish will never be enough—meaning you’re never fulfilled. The answer isn’t to not be successful, it’s to do it differently. Because what’s the point if you never enjoy what you create? If what you accomplish never feels fulfilling? Then it’s a constant trap of needing to do more and more and more. Instead, set you intention to be happy and fulfilled because your intention is the true outcome and the build from this place. Most people are seeking success because they think it will fulfil them but that longing for success is to fill and inner void — which success won’t do. Success doesn’t feel good enough without feeling successful first. Cultivate inner success to feel true external success. 💕 and you do this by knowing your innate divine worth. That you are are complete and whole just as you are. The inner void you’re trying to fill with success is in fact a disconnection from source—from your true self. ⭐️
