Jacqui spent the last 20 years working as a flight attendant on private jets. Along with travel, personal development had always been passion and a few years ago she decided it was time to give back to an industry that had given her so much and decided to train as a life and wellness coach.
In her own words…
“I used to live a fast paced life travelling the world and dealing with high stress situations on a daily basis. I tried to look after myself, but inevitably the pushes and pulls of a successful career took over. To the outside world I was a happy, healthy, successful woman with a (literally) high flying career. On the inside I found myself stressed out, exhausted, struggling with depression and low self esteem. I loved my work, but regardless of my success I still felt like there was something missing. I was lacking passion and energy in my life and needed to find it again. I started on a journey of self discovery to find out where I was going wrong, learn what inspired me, what it was that made me want to jump out of bed in the morning and lead a healthy, fun and balanced life.”
Since pursuing her passion for self development, she now leads a more balanced life dividing her time between working with her coaching clients, competing her horses and continuing freelance employment within the travel industry.
It is through her passion for change, vision for a more colourful life, and her honesty and encouraging words that she will leave you feeling focused and determined. Jacqui’s goal as a coach is to help you restore balance, connection and energy in your life. She will work with you to find out who you really are, what drives you, and where your passions lie so that you can thrive and achieve your highest potential in whatever capacity that may be. She loves nothing more than embarking upon an exciting and fun filled journey with her clients and watching them come alive, gain more success and reconnect with the world.
