5/18: Happiness Hack Be Positive
Be positive they say…
Easier said than done though, right? How do you handle your thoughts when you find yourself caught in a slanging match with yourself?
Stop fighting with yourself.
More often than not, anger evokes anger, so if you’re trying to tell yourself to think more positively, by telling yourself what an idiot and how stupid you are, it’s unlikely to promote a positive response.
Start focussing on what you want.
To shift out of negative thinking you have to stop focussing on what you don’t want and start focussing on what you do want.
