Youre being called to purify your life, to cleanse it and give yourself a fresh start. It wants you to release your hidden layers of unseen fear, worry and self-doubt, so you can become less of who you think you should be and more of who you really are.

You love to help others and are always there to support your friends, but you realise that sometimes you give too much and you want to make this year about you. Something has changed within you and you finally feel ready to grab life by the cojones. Youve spent too long wondering What if?and pleasing those around you, that youve let life pass you by, at times living it for those around you. Not now though. Its time to write a new chapter, to turn over a new leaf and to make this year your year.

Your direction

If you ever felt ready for positive change in your life, the time is now. But what has always held you back is the confidence to just go of it, so its easier to make your life about other people, to busy yourself with their needs, so you can hide from what you want to change in your life. Deep down though, this causes resentment, tiredness and disappointment. You know theres much more out there for you and this time, youre going to get it!

How to move forward

By simply asking yourself What do I want?you begin on a journey of making your life about you. Dont be surprised if you cant find the answer straightaway or if not having an answer stirs up some deep emotion in you. Youve been dismissing your own wants , pushing them down or pretending they dont exist for so long, that they need a bit of time to come up.

 

Give yourself space to allow your biggest desire in life to resurface, keep reassuring yourself that youre not going to push them away again, that they can resurface, because this time youre giving yourself permission to have them and youre going to do what it takes, while allowing yourself to receive support from others for once to help you get there.

Most importantly, remember to have fun.
